Modelling
We produce master models and first metal samples. For prototyping, we employ both traditional manual modelling, wax or direct metal, as well as CAD design.
Thanks to rapid prototyping and 3D printing, we also provide clients with aesthetic resins for fast visual checks in addition to casting‑wax models to ensure precision and repeatability.
Manufacturing
Our company offers a full-service manufacturing solution for custom jewellery and small-batch production. Every phase, from goldsmithing to finishing, including microscope-mounted stone setting, polishing, rhodium plating, and laser engraving, is meticulously controlled and quality‑checked.
Research & Development
We provide technical support for product development, from single pieces to complete collections, assisting clients in selecting optimal production techniques and materials.

For several years, the company has managed its entire production through a dedicated digital traceability system, with segregation of consigned materials, ensuring full compliance with the requirements for responsible sourcing. As a reference, Baglioni Gioielli follows the RJC standard for voluntary Chain of Custody (CoC) certification, which the company has already planned to implement.

Due Diligence
Baglioni Gioielli has carried out due diligence on its commercial partners in order to identify any deviations from OECD guidelines. The company has not detected any risks related to human rights. The transactions considered are low-risk, and the checks performed are compliant with RJC principles.
KYC
BAGLIONI GIOIELLI SRL applies the “Know Your Counterparty” (KYC) practice in management processes, in the selection of new suppliers, and in employee training.
Precious Metal
It adopts a responsible policy in line with RJC standards regarding the sourcing stages within the supply chain of minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
Diamonds
In the diamond supply chain, it complies with COP 29 provisions (Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties).
